Remove doppler-specific naming and consolidate documentation #32

In v2.0 keys is being opened up to be able to be used by others.

In many cases consumers of the tool will not want to use doppler for secrets management.

While it should still remain a first class citizen, the app should work perfectly without it. Documentation related to it should be moved into a specific doppler file or folder.
