ng-pageslide for angular2 #134

How about migrating it to ng-2?

i would really appreciate that and i guess many people would need it aswell :-)

I'm guessing that would take the form of a new repo like ng2-pageslide? I just started using ng2 now that it's released and realized I need a solution for what ng-pageslide was doing for me.
