Update Source StompClient #1

Hello,

I have updade source for Stomp client :

a) Add NotifyEvent StompConnect

b) Support send text encoded (ASCII, ANSI, UTF8, delphi unicode

c) Support received text encoded

Sorry Gérald, but I0ve checked your changes and the unit tests is not running 
anymore.

Can you update the current trunk and retest your changes please?
In the teststompclient project you should find a "Test_Unicode_Chars;" , try to 
decomment it and rerun tests with your changes.
