Hi @danielfone - Loved this simply approach so I decided to update some stuff to make it work with the Rails 7 API.

Let me know if you want to progress this - if not I'm also happy hosting a fork for my own project.

removed respond_with features
hooked unto ActiveRecord::Relation to provide as_csv/to_csv methods. likely better ways to do this!
updated access to CSV.generate_line to conform to new api
updates to specs
- new parameter format for rspec request specs
- match content type while allowing for charset

@rfb I've incorporated most of these changes (and some others beside) in #10. I'll release a new version of the gem shortly.
