build(gitignore): ignore generated html assets #126

Currently, the CONTRIBUTING.md recommends that authors used mkdocs serve -f material-with-nbs.yml to develop. However, this command produces the following files which I imagine we should be ignoring.

mkdocs_jupyter/templates/mkdocs_html/assets/mkdocs-jupyter.css.map
