The same as danielga/gm_filesystem#6 but for gmsv_serversecure

It would be good to know what exploits gmsv_serversecure currently protects against.

I feel like just saying mitigates exploits on the Source engine isn't enough information.

If I could see a list of attacks not possible anymore due to gmsv_serversecure I'm more likely to use it.
