Write migration guide #101

We need a migration guide for users upgrading from 2.0.8 to 2.1.0, as there are quite a few changes to deal with.

Just noticed the guide doesn't mention that the Java package base name used to be software.amazon.aws.* rather than com.danielgmyers.* so that needs to be fixed before release.
