Name changes post transfer #54

Fitting in with release strategies:

This is the plan as discussed before the transfer:

  1. Change the maven group ID. (Done.)
  2. Re-publish 2.0.7 under the new maven group ID, but with the existing java package naming, so existing users can migrate to the new, supported maven group id without having to make code changes.
  3. Bump the major version to rename the java packages.

Step two is done, it'll take a while for them to show up on Maven Central.
