Reorganize the Java packages to make it easier to add other workflow backends. #87

Right now all of our packages are in the same maven group id (com.danielgmyers.flux.clients.swf), including the common/not-swf-specific packages.

We should reorganize things as follows:

flux-swf-client-pom -> rename to flux-base-pom, change group id to com.danielgmyers.flux
flux-common -> change group id to com.danielgmyers.flux
flux-testutils -> change group id to com.danielgmyers.flux
flux -> rename to flux-swf, change group id
flux-spring -> rename to flux-swf-spring
flux-guice -> rename to flux-swf-guice
flux-integration-tests -> rename to flux-swf-integration-tests
