not working in vscode #23

I have added to settings.json(user), and restarted vscode

    "github.copilot.advanced": {
        "debug.testOverrideProxyUrl": "http://localhost:5001",
        "debug.overrideProxyUrl": "http://localhost:5001"
    }

but the plugin still reports needs an official subscription
