Using a unipolar power supply to power the AMP, how does it output negative voltage? #4

I am learning this circuit, and I am very puzzled. When using the CV function, it is from -0.2V-0.6V. But how does the negative output generate when the positive voltage is supplied?

There is a virtual ground in the circuit used for analog portions (i.e. the actual potentiostat network), midway between the circuit ground and 3.3 V reference (so nominally relative to the virtual ground potentials can be applied between -1.65 V to 1.65 V).

Thank you very much for your reply! This is very helpful for my study.
