Purpose of code changes on this branch:
Add continuous computation job for calculating recommendations

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on: everything

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
I'll continue working in this branch.
There are a number of constants that I filled in or have yet to fill, and I'd 
like to make sure they make sense given our current exploration data.
Then I'll work on the frontend parts before merging to develop.
