Type of PR: new physics

Description: implementation of "wave-killing" boundary zones for disc simulations, idamp=3

Testing: simulation of accretion disc that does not accrete: seems to hold disc profile steady between the boundaries

Caveats:

currently assumes M=1, mainly useful for disc with external potential
velocity is damped to purely Keplerian profile, not accounting for pressure gradient
radius is relative to the origin, so assumes centre of mass is at the origin
