Description:
Generalised the MESA star reader to ingest stellar profiles supplied by Ross Church from the Eggleton stellar evolution code. Changes merely make the MESA reader a bit more general without breaking existing functionality:
made the read_mesa routine used in set_star able to read any file written by a stellar evolution code as long as it is in labelled columns, e.g.
# r, m, rho, p

0.1 0.1 1.1e-6 1.1e-7
column label recognition now uses same routine used in splash which is quite general and handles labels written in a variety of formats
allow more generous interpretation of labels e.g. pressure or p both work for the pressure column
automatically detect whether the file is written in reverse or forward order, rather than presuming reverse order as in MESA files
flag error on negative stellar mass, which occurred when star was read in wrong order
