(analysis_dustformation) analysis routine to compute time of dust formation #469

Type of PR: new analysis routine

Description: Analysis routine analysis_dustformation.f90 computes the time at which dust formation commences on each SPH particle and writes the results to a .comp file that is readable by splash as an extra column

Testing: ./phantomanalysis light_????? on Luis Bustamante-Bermudez's simulations
