Alternative kernel modules are not tested #570

We need to add a test that checks that all the alternative kernel modules (WendlandC2, WendlandC4 etc) actually compile as not all of these are actually used by the pre-configured SETUP blocks

R. Nealon reported a long-standing bug in WendlandC2 that had been there a long time...
