Create shortcuts for standard types of ascertainment #721

In ascertaintmentPatterns create attributes for specifying common ascertainment 
strategies, e.g.
1. Invariant sites removed 'excludeInvariant'
2. Parsimony uninformative sites 'excludeParsimonyUninformative'
etc.
