BinaryCovarionModelTest.java is impeding successful building

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Today, March the 10th, 2014: cd beast-mcmc/ && svn update && ant build 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
compiled beast.jar and beauti.jar

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Fedora 20.

Please provide any additional information below.

Somebody forgot to update the test conditions for BinaryCovarionModelTest.java. 
It throws an error because it receives a parameter vector of the wrong length. 
Quite easy to fix, I reckon.
