MarketHistory module: add the range of prices that the heat map is displayed for. #21

Display two text fields, one for min price, other for max price.
Default values:
Min price - 1.01
Max price - 1000

Heat map should be generated for the given price range, for example it may
be useful to limit price range to (1.01,20) to analyze data for this range
in more details.
