Input:
- marketId
- fps - Number of frames per second. One frame represents a heatmap for one
timestamped record with market traded volume.

Output:
- The market heatmap animation for a history of market traded volume.

The scope of this issue is changed to:
Displays market traded volume for a historical data. Slider bar is available to 
move
forward/backwards over the time.
