Execute trading strategy on real betfair market while collecting market data #58

As a trader I want to collect market data and during the same time execute 
trading strategy on real betfair market.

So that I can run the same trading strategy on both real and simulated market 
data and compare results.

As proven by:
- Test trading strategy is executed while market data is collected.
