Bricked GC loader V.07 HW1 2020 #39

Hey, I have a GC loader that bricked itself after an update. It doesnt see it in swiss at all. Can it be reprogrammed with a pc? I think it's read because it a serial on the rear and says GC Loader, but I did get it with a gamecube so i'm not 100% sure.

Oh no, I thought that was it. Is there no way to load the firmware back on with a serial connection?
