SkinChanger not working #1703

Seems to have a weird issue where the skins won't apply on the client side but it displays the name. It worked when I first joined the game and then it doesn't work, skins do not appear on weapons/knives.

Temporary fix: disable skin for cz75 and don't use karambit as your knife, then restart your game. This doesn't happen to everyone for some reason.
