Proposed 50mm Shower Head Design Improvement to Reduce Clogging #5

Open Francisco-Huerta opened 9 months ago

Francisco-Huerta commented 9 months ago

Issue Description

I've identified a potential improvement to the 50mm shower head component of the hydroponic system, located in the repository. The current design has tight spaces that lead to frequent clogging, potentially affecting the system's efficiency and reliability.

Proposed Improvement

I have developed an alternative model for the shower head that features wider spacing to mitigate the clogging issue. This modification aims to enhance the system's reliability and user experience by ensuring smoother operation.

Details of the Modification

The new model design increases the spacing between outlets, which facilitates better water flow and reduces maintenance issues. This adjustment maintains the original functionality while improving operational reliability.

Link to the Modified Design

I've uploaded the revised model to a branch/fork of this repository. Here's the link to my proposed shower head model: New Shower Head Model step file New Shower Head Model 3mf file

Suggested Next Steps

Offer to Help

I am eager to assist with integrating this design improvement into the project and can help with adjustments, testing, and documentation as needed.

Thank you for considering this improvement. I believe the proposed modification will significantly enhance the hydroponic system's functionality and user satisfaction.
