Cross-platform rewrite using mpd #2

Mopidy builds on mpd but is only available on linux. MPD is available cross-platform so that would enable starting a server on any OS. It has spotify and local file integration, but not soundcloud though.

I mean technically Mopidy is just python so it should run anywhere too, but it looks like people have had difficulty building it for Windows. Perhaps trying to solve that problem is the easier route to cross-platform goodness.
