Changes from prototype: ESP32 connects directly to RF and RS485
5v converter likely unnecessary
Use 3.3v level version of RS485 transceiver
Secondary processor mega328p may not be required
Maybe want extra indicator LED(s)

Issue for RF module: EN is pulled high instead of low. Must desolder R5 between EN and 3v3, and attach a wire between EN and GND. LEDs and relay are working. Looking into modbus failing (16991)
