What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Net Profiles, launches interface and immediately returns this error (When the status bar reads "Preloading Network Interfaces...") What is the expected output? What do you see instead? What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Net Profiles 3.1.7 Windows XP (2002 - 32bit) SP2 Dell Inspiron 6400 Laptop (Centrino Duo 2.0GHz, 2GB RAM) In what language is your operating system? English Please provide any additional information below. Just upgraded from 3.1.6 (which had a similar error, but cannot replicate as I don't have it, but could bypass by running a second time) Currently connected to an Ad-hoc network with a static IP address. I had 2 profiles in 3.1.6. The Ad-hoc network (w/ static IP address and DNS) and a connection for my router w/ dynamic IP and DNS. I have the same issue, too... It only happens when my Wi-Fi card is enbled. If it is disabled, it works. But it makes this program totally useless :-( I'm running 2.1.7 under XP SP3 on a eeePC 1000H.
