1.starting net profiles for the first time

1.2.7 on windows xp prof.

In what language is your operating system?
german

Please provide any additional information below.
virtual box is installed ver. 3.0
openvpn is installed
the PC is a dell inspiron 640m with w-lan and bluetooth

Got the same problem with WinXP (French) on a Dell Latitude E6400 (log attached 
to the bug).
