What steps will reproduce the problem?

There's no option for configurating proxy server on Google Chrome browser

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.7 on Windows Vista

In what language is your operating system?
Spanish

Chrome, Safari and Opera are using IE proxy settings. No additional option is 
required.
