"No profiles defined" at startup

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reboot computer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List of profiles expected but after rebooting my computer the list of 
profiles is empty.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version on Windows 7

In what language is your operating system?
Dutch

Exact warning after a reboot is "There are curently no network profiles. Would 
you 
like to create one now?"

After a new reboot the profiles do appear again. So it is on and off.

I also thought it was a bug but after careful observation I learned that he 
visibility of Profiles depends on network availability (both wired and 
wireless). If 
you have a profile defined for a wireless network that's not in range at run 
time, 
this profile will not show. If you have a profile(s) defined for wired network 
and 
the cable is unplugged, none of the profiles for wired networks will show. In a 
specific situation you end up with no profiles and the message "There are 
currently 
no network profiles..."

So my advice would be to pay attention to the current network situation...
