two typos?

Hi -

This is amazing that you post your source code, but I couldn't get it to work on supercollider on either a raspberry pi or my Mac. So I thought I'd read through it (which in general I don't find very fun for SC code!) and I think I found two bugs:

1. a missing '}' before the last ')' in the last line
2. the main instrument is now set as '\sine' instead of '\als'.

I'm still a beginner, but after those changes it sounds great (& just like the album).

Hi Daniel -

Happy to contribute a bit - and I’m learning quite a bit from reading the code you posted (and it sounds great). Algorithms don’t often sound musical but yours certainly do.

I’m a physicist living in the US and dabble in electronic music (in its broadest sense) and a bit of composition, and post short snippets on instagram as @entropybound if you have a moment. I’m always happy for feedback (& I’m terrible at saying what it sounds like — my influences start at late-80’s psychedelia, but I resonated with it because of its appreciation of 60s experimental music: Reich, Riley, etc.)

On languages: I’m trying to become more functional with pure data but I also really like what people do with supercollider.

Along the way, I stumbled upon the amazing music from XKatedral (via bandcamp, instagram, etc.) and really enjoy it. From what I have read I am very impressed, both by the overall atmosphere there which seems very supportive, and the range of great music.
