Started working on airblast #118

Projectile reflecting not implemented yet, no sounds, no particles. Also fixed crashes related to new menus. Oddly, they only occurred with debugger attached.

Added rocket reflecting. Need to also change crit trail color but I can't think of a reliable way to do that.
