Made weapon spawners +USE'able #132

You must now press "Use" to replace weapon of the same type.

Disabled health kit sound for weapon spawner. Obtaining weapon/ammo already plays standard ammo pickup sound, no need in another sound on top of it.

Implemented auto-reload. Enabled by default.
