Implemented object mode detection and applying #143

Not compilable, references to TF_OBJ_TELEPORTER_ENTRANCE and TF_OBJ_TELEPORTER_ENTRANCE have to be removed and replaced using object mode calls, and teleporter setup has to be done as well.
