A while back I added stuff that manipulates the targetid size and position because the thing was huge and ugly after changing from images to borders. Turns out Valve just took the simple route and changed the height using the resource files. So I've gone ahead and removed those hardcoded bits.
I updated the res files with some live TF2 values. Our box size should match theirs, at least in height.
