Linux - Adding -steam doesn't change anything #281

I have just downloaded 2.0.0b4 TF2C to see what all the fuss is about. after putting -steam in the launch options and launching to a vac server, I see that for some reason, I am still not secure. Putting in -console, however, does nothing either, so maybe it isn't paying attention to launch options?

As for specifications, I am running Debian testing, updated as of 2-11, with linux kernel version 4.9.0-1.
