There are multiple fixes and improvements provided on this branch. See details in commit messages.

Most important ones:

Fixed https://github.com/danielneis/moodle-availability_paypal/blob/1c565f7970146f1e315cf77d6b261238bc1c6ab2/ipn.php#L213 where the plugin still recorded the payment transaction as "Completed" even if the verification failed. This made verification useless actually.
Added a new PayPal availability payments report allowing admins to check transactions and their status.
