Error message for add-appt does not indicate which index is invalid #3

When executing this command, the error message does not specify which index is invalid. This could cause minor inconveniences to receptionists that might take a while to realise which index field is incorrect. Here is the command I used:

add-appt pt/ dr/1 at/2021-01-01 00:00 to/2021-01-01 01:30

And here is the outcome (note how it is not mentioned whether the index refers to the patient index or the doctor index):

Accepted and changed the bug type from Functionality to FeatureFlaw as:

  1. Behavior does not differ from UG or differs from an expected response
  2. Missing feature does not fit well with usage
