Removed use of the obsolete ContainerBuilder.Update method in AutofacContainerAdapter. The recommended approach to adding registration to a child lifetime scope is to use the configuration action provided to BeginLifetimeScope. Put back the lambda registration syntax that was added in commit 0699bf5 but later lost in another merge.
Implemented the conditional registration scenario using named services inline with other adapter implementations.
