Litmus isn’t working on my machine (while installing Puppet agent: “Failed to connect to localhost:52992: disconnected: Too many authentication failures (2)”), so let’s try doing the acceptance tests here.

release.rb doesn’t really work with a PR, so I just added an option to skip acceptance tests and ran it.
