Right now, the sessions still contain entries like:

<content>au<DF>en</content>
<content><FC>ber</content>
...

Fixed by decorating the input/output streams in SessionStreamer and 
SessionReplayImpl with UTF-8 converting streams.

Umlauts still have to be escaped according to the UTF-8 standard
