Locally: 88.7% -> 90.7% Travis: 91.2% -> 93.4%

Coverage decreased (-7.3%) to 85.714% when pulling cbb0939e6b37fb4f74f465f11c7c829c7aeb450b on glebm:faster-relative_path_from into fcc1fa07fd10db367dedf226e870631e77b1b694 on danielpclark:master.
