feat: mock connections and propositions

• Paring down the endpoints from the demo into the input and output endpoints we want
• Setting basic properties of the endpoints such as allowing unlimited connections, no alerts, etc.
• Abstracting a few colors and properties into variables for later use
• Adding some dummy proposition content and dummy priors
