Home Assistant moved away from the term HASS some while ago for the sake of clarity. Thus it would be desirable if this app would also refer to Home Assistant, not HASS. Cf. https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant.io/pull/23776#discussion_r949023636

Changed all user-visible references from HASS to Home Assistant. I didn't change the .html files since they seem to be generated from the Python sources.
Left name of app itself intact (HASS Configurator), but harmonized spelling. IMHO it would make sense to rename the app itself, too. But since it is a proper noun, its main devs should decide about that.

This is missing the dev.html file, which is being used by the later packages. The configurator.py file you have edited is the old single-file variant, which is not being used when installing the package.
