Web_version/jscolor.js license #9

The file states "@license For open source use: GPLv3", but this package is licensed under Expat.

Thank you for the issue. the jscolors file is an external resource which i found online. Actually I don't use it anymore reverting back to the browser stock. I'll soon remove the file from the project. Actually the web version has been switched from this repository. the actual version has a repository of his own.
