The Plugin now uses the V2 API, it automatically fetches a new token from google Servers every hour.

TODO:

[ ] Platform Support has been removed it would need to be added back by some one more knowledgeable
[ ] cardResponse needs to be printed to the screen correctly
[ ] quickRepliesResponse needs to be printed to the screen correctly
