users/lookup support #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://apiwiki.twitter.com/Twitter-REST-API-Method:-users-lookup describes 
the users/lookup method. But the method is not implemented in python-twitter.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
