Any plans to add Broker and Topic metrics for "Messages In", "Bytes In", "Bytes Out". #403

There are no throughput metrics available for kafka_exporter. None for Broker or Topic level. Is there a plan for this or a way to customize the queries to add these (without recompiling)?
