fix: add peerDeps for next 13 and react-redux 8 #99

I used this library with next 13 and react-redux 8 version.

It makes peer Dependencies warning in my project.

So, I Fix PeerDeps for next 13 version and react-redux 8 version.

I'll try to release it today.

There are some test cases failing when using the latest dependencies in the test project, and I have to fix those before releasing.
