full screen mode #17

There seems to be no other mode than full screen, which is of course good for exhibitions. For desktop use, I would need an option to get out of full screen.

Fixed. Now the default is window mode. To get fullscreen use python soe.py --fullscreen Use Alt+F4 to get out of fullscreen.

Note that the window mode will have probably vertical scrolls on the texts.
